I went to the Loader icon and once Cydia was done downloading I believe it restarted the iPod again, loaded up Cydia, waited for that and bam! Successful Jailbreak within an hour or two. I have tried time and time again but everytime I hold the home button and sleep button and do what it tells me after it's finished it asks me to try again and when I look for the loader app it's not there
